Grow your business with Ai.
Using data you already have

Your CRM, your helpdesk, your accounts, your inbox, your project files, your marketing dashboards. We pipe the lot through the Lightbulb Ai framework, find the patterns you've been too busy to spot, and hand you one page of insights and actions.

A single pane. For everything.

Twelve months of email. Every invoice. Every Zendesk ticket. Every CRM note. Every marketing report you stopped opening. All in one place, finally read.

P / 01

Everything you already have.

CRM, helpdesk, accounting, project files, the inbox, the marketing dashboards. We ingest the lot. Read-only. The last twelve months, end to end.

P / 02

Read by the Lightbulb Ai framework. Privately.

Local or cloud, privacy first — your call. Nothing trains on your data. You see every prompt before any action runs.

P / 03

Returned as one page.

Three things eating your week, ranked by the time you'd get back. Specifics, with the email already drafted. Not "insights". Actions.

Every corner of the business. One diagnostic.

Insights organised the way you think — by function, not by database. Each one specific, sourced, and paired with an action.

Sales

Where leads come from, how fast they're chased, which quotes die in silence. "Quotes over £10k take nine days to go out."

Marketing

Spend traced to enquiries that became revenue — not clicks. Which channels bring buyers, which bring tyre-kickers. "Half your ad budget drives enquiries you never win."

Customer service

Who eats your inbox, what everyone keeps asking, and the clients whose demands outweigh their invoices. "41 tickets this quarter ask the same question."

Finance

Late payers, margin by client and service, the services you invoice once and advertise forever. "Ben Allen Ltd pays 16 days late. Every time."

Operations & delivery

What a project actually costs against what you quoted, where scope creeps, where the hours go. "Your average project overruns by 22%."

People & time

Where your own week really goes — the meetings, the threads, the clients that own your calendar. "One client gets 30% of your replies and 4% of revenue."

Plug in. Diagnose. Act.

Kickoff to debrief inside a week — quicker if your data's ready to go. No strategy phase, no platform migration, no seat license for everyone in the company.

01
Days 1–2

We plug in.

Your CRM, helpdesk, accounts, inbox, project tool, marketing analytics. Read-only. Where an API won't do, an export works fine.

02
Days 3–5

The Lightbulb Ai framework reads.

Every email, every invoice, every ticket — categorised and cross-referenced. The friction, the leaks, the clients eating your week.

03
End of week

The debrief.

A specialist walks you through the dashboard, live. "These three clients cost you hours every week. Here's what to do." Every insight sourced. Every action spelled out.

It's a snapshot, not a subscription. When you want to measure what's moved — re-run.

The deliverable

One dashboard. Debriefed live.

The output is deliberately simple — insights by function, actions ranked by payoff, walked through with you on a live call. Not a 90-page report you'll never open.

  • Insights organised by function — sales, marketing, finance, ops
  • Every insight paired with an action — what to change, and exactly how
  • Source-system citations for every claim
  • Presented in a live debrief — ask it anything
  • Yours to keep. Re-run when you want to measure movement.

The inputs

Everything you already have.

Six categories of data flow in, read-only. You don't migrate anything. You don't buy new software. You don't sit through an onboarding webinar.

  • Sales & CRM — HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Capsule
  • Support — Zendesk, Intercom, Front, Help Scout
  • Finance — your accounts package, connected or exported
  • Project & ops — Linear, Asana, Notion, Monday
  • Email — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (the last 12 months)
  • Marketing — GA4, Plausible, Search Console, Meta Ads
The processing

What actually happens to your data.

No mystery: we collect what you share, tidy it up, and the Lightbulb Ai framework reads it — Claude or a similar large language model doing the heavy lifting. It finds the patterns a person would find, if a person had a spare month.

  • Read-only — we can look, we can't touch
  • Read by Claude or a similar large language model
  • Nothing trains on your data. Ever.
  • Nervous? We'll anonymise the sensitive stuff locally first, on our own hardware
  • A specialist explains exactly how it works on your discovery call

We Lightbulb'd ourselves first.

We're pre-launch, so the first business we ran this on was our own — five years of our own data. The figures below are an illustrative example of what it surfaced, not a client result.

"Five years of email, the CRM, the helpdesk, every invoice, every project file. The Lightbulb Ai framework found we'd been quietly running 47 services. We thought we did four. The other 43 were quietly costing us time and money."

The agency that built Lightbulb · running its own diagnosis

47 → 4 services we kept, after we'd seen the data 3× margin by the next quarter — same headcount, fewer clients

Specifics. Or silence.

Sample of how we talk versus how the category talks. If the left feels familiar, you've been sold to.

Questions you actually ask.

If your question isn't here, it's because nobody's asked it twice. The form below is fine for the rest.

Straight answer: your data does go online — it's read by Claude or a similar large language model. Nothing trains on it, and it runs in a tenancy we sign off. If that makes you nervous, we'll anonymise the sensitive stuff locally, on our own Ai-grade hardware, before anything leaves the building. And honestly — if you're reading this, you're probably already pasting more sensitive things into ChatGPT. A specialist will walk you through exactly how it all works on the discovery call.

Happily. We're reading your finances, your clients and your inbox — we have no plans to tell anyone anything, ever, and we're glad to make that firmer with a legal document. Send yours over, or we'll send ours.

That's most of our clients on day one. We ingest the spreadsheet, the inbox, the accounts, and work out what your CRM actually is from the data. Then we either tell you the spreadsheet is fine, or we suggest something that doesn't make you fill out 14 fields every time you take a phone call.

The most common holdup, honestly. We send your MSP a one-page access note — read-only, scoped, revocable — and most say yes within a couple of days. Where they won't budge, exports work fine: mailbox archives, CSV dumps, a PST file. Slower to arrange, same diagnostic.

Kickoff to debrief inside a week — quicker if your data's ready to go. The reading is fast; the honest variable is access. If your IT provider has to approve every connection, add a few days for the back-and-forth.

No — deliberately. It's a point-in-time snapshot. A snapshot forces decisions; a live dashboard becomes wallpaper you stop looking at by March. When you want to measure what's moved, we re-run — the pipes are already built, so it's quicker and cheaper the second time.

We'll find insights — every business has them, ours included. If we genuinely find nothing useful, take the compliment: you're running a tight ship, and the debrief will be us telling you so. And if your reaction is “we already knew that” — good. The dashboard comes with the action list for fixing the things you already knew about. Knowing was never the problem.

The dashboard — insights organised by business function, every claim sourced, every insight paired with an action. A live debrief where a specialist walks you through it and you ask anything. And the action list to run with — every fix spelled out, ready for your team. It's yours to keep.

We're UK-based, and that matters here: data laws get complex across borders, and timezones are worse. But reach out — if we can make it work, we will.
